Materials

The Permacell Finesse Legend 70 PVC-U system is used to manufacture all our windows and doors.
It is a kite marked system manufactured
to BS EN ISO 9001.

The Legend 70 window product range has been
tested in accordance with BS 5368 Parts 1, 2 and 3 and assessed for air permeability, watertightness
and wind resistance, as detailed in BS 6375, Part 1. Only pure unplastisised PVC powder feedstock is
used in the extrusion process.

The range of Legend 70 profiles is reinforced as appropriate, with either aluminium,
6063 T6 (HE9 TF) to BS 1474, or with galvanised mild steel to G275 N BS 2989.

Manufacture

Finesse Legend 70 windows and doors are glazed internally and are manufactured by welding mitred corners and mechanically fixing or welding mullions
and transoms. They have the advantage of low sightline gasket which gives a crisp finish and is easy to keep clean. Internal drainage is provided in frame members.

Furniture

Espagnolette multipoint window locks are used as standard with the option of shootbolt locks. Stainless steel Egress or fire escape hinges are fitted to all upstairs bedroom windows in accordance with
